Northeast Louisiana Child Care Connections is the early care and education program of the Children’s Coalition for Northeast Louisiana and is funded by the Louisiana Department of Social Services (DSS). Child Care Connections consists of three components:

Technical Assistance

All components work together to encourage, support, and enhance the quality of child care in our region. We strive to fulfill the needs of families, children, child care providers (child care centers & family child care providers), and the communities in DSS Region 9 of northeast Louisiana (Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, West Carroll, and Union Parishes).
