There are free Education Stations in Franklin Parish.
Each offering our youngest learners educational opportunities to jump start skills needed for a successful future.

DEVELOPMENTAL CORNERS

The Developmental Corners support families with examples of developmentally appropriate play.

Ready Start East Carroll Early Childhood Network is a community coalition comprised of early care and education programs. Head Start, Early Head Start, the school systems, childcare centers and Family Child Care Providers are committed to creating and implementing a unique vision for early childhood. We are driven by the unique needs of the community to improve opportunities and inspire change for children birth to five.

The children’s coalition for northeast Louisiana is dedicated to creating communities where children and families thrive. We strive to provide quality education in safe nurturing environments to meet the needs in the areas of early childhood, healthy living, parenting and youth development.
