​The Family Resource Center at the Children’s Coalition offers a supportive, judgment-free environment
designed to help you thrive. Whether you're looking to strengthen your family bonds, learn emotional control,
pursue self-improvement, or boost your career skills, we provide the practical tools, confidence,
and personalized support you need to achieve your goals.

POSITIVE PARENTING
REGISTER NOW
These one-to-one sessions utilize the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) for ages 0-12 and the Teen Positive Parenting Program (Triple P Teens) for ages 12-16, and is designed for parents of children/teens to increase their knowledge, skills, and confidence and reduce the prevalence of mental health, emotional, and behavioral problems in children, adolescents, and teens. Registration fee is required.
ANGER MANAGEMENT
REGISTER NOW
​These sessions are formatted to incorporate evidence-based techniques to help individuals develop healthier emotional regulation strategies, improve their overall well-being, empower them to take control of their anger, and make lasting positive changes. Registration fee is required.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
SIGN UP NOW
 These sessions are designed to empower individual community members and parents of truant students/juvenile offenders by:
  • Addressing the physical, mental, emotional, social, and behavioral needs of parents and children
  • Enhancing caregivers personal and parental capacities by sharing principals and concepts relevant to self-improvement and personal responsibility
  • Equipping individuals with practical, actionable strategies, enabling them to serve as better role models and caregivers.​
The topics covered include life skills, communication, self-care, stress relief, expressing emotions, anger management, positive thinking, mental health awareness, and parenting. 
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

These sessions are designed to assist organizations and companies in creating safe, healthy, and productive working environments by providing trauma-informed care presentations.
